Cinnamon Chip Scones

Lemon Glaze
One of our favorite scone flavors.

 2 Cups Whisk Mix

1/2 Cup Water

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Cinnamon Chips

Cinnamon Sugar (optional)

Mix together 1/4 Cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


Whisk all dry ingredients together. Add water and incorporate until it forms a loose ball.


Scoop the mixture onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a 7 or 8 inch circle.


Cut the dough into 8 triangles and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet or parchment. Leave a little room between them.


Brush each with milk and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top, if you like.


Bake for 20 minutes or until top starts to turn golden brown.


Let cool and glaze if desired.
