Lil Red Velvet Cupcakes

 A wonderful and quick dessert to bring to any party.

1 Cup Whisk Mix

1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Red Food Coloring

3/4 Cup Water

Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees

Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full, about 1 tablespoon.

Bake for about 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Ice with cream cheese frosting. (Recipe below)
