Coconut Cookies

Lemon Glaze
Crisp and golden on the outside. Moist and Chewy on the inside.

1/2 Cup Whisk Mix

1 Cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut

1/4 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds (optional)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


Stir all ingredients together until well incorporated.


Drop by tablespoons onto parchment lined or lightly greased cookie sheet.


Bake 10-12 minutes until they start to turn light brown.


Let cool and enjoy!

Dip or drizzle on melted chocolate for an extra delightful treat.
